Three brothers received prison sentences after being found guilty of sex trafficking earlier this year. They had been convicted of using their wealthy lifestyle to drug and rape dozens of women.

Tal, Oren and Alon Alexander received punishment below the life sentences sought by federal prosecutors. The three brothers showed no expression as Judge Caproni announced their punishment.

U.S. District Court Judge Valeri E Caproni sentenced each brother to 30 years in prison and condemned their conduct as monstrous.

The brothers have been held without bail since their arrests in 2024. Each must also pay at least US$300,000 in fines.

Although the brothers expressed regret for how they had treated and regarded women, all three denied drugging or raping anyone. Twins Oren and Alon are 39, and Tal is 40.

The brothers asked to serve their sentences in the same prisons. Judge Caproni said that decision would be left to the bureau responsible for prison assignments.
