Gyeyang New Town plans first move-ins for 1,285 homes in December

Move-ins for a total of 1,285 homes in blocks A2 and A3 of Gyeyang New Town are scheduled to begin this December. The two blocks are set to be the first to welcome residents among the third-generation new towns.

Gyeyang New Town is scheduled to begin move-ins for 1,285 homes in blocks A2 and A3 this December. Block A2 comprises 747 public-sale homes, while A3 comprises 538 homes in the Newlywed Hope Town program, marking the first occupancy among the third-generation new towns. The overall new town plan calls for about 18,000 homes on 3,350,904 square meters.

The area awaiting residents borders the existing Dongyang-dong residential neighborhood, allowing access to nearby amenities such as supermarkets and hospitals. Dangsan Elementary School and Yangchon Elementary and Middle Schools are nearby, while new schools within the new town are scheduled for 2029.

Bando Construction's Gyeyang New Town Kaive Ubora, which has begun private housing sales, is a mixed-use residential complex planned for blocks AC3 and AC4. It comprises 16 buildings with two basement levels and up to 15 above-ground floors, totaling 1,110 homes with exclusive-use floor areas of 84, 92 and 93 square meters.

Kaive Ubora has allocated 1.5 parking spaces per household and separated 169 parking spaces for commercial premises. Every household will be provided with a storage unit on the second basement level for items such as camping equipment and seasonal goods.
