Calendly says more than 50 million people use its platform
Calendly says its platform has more than 50 million users and has handled more than 1.3 billion meeting bookings.

Calendly says more than 50 million people use its platform, with monthly active users in more than 240 countries and territories. The company also says more than 1.3 billion meetings have been booked through the service.
In August 2026, Awotona announced additions including Calendly Notetaker and an AI assistant called Callie. The changes reflect the company's effort to handle work before, during and after meetings, expanding beyond finding an available time slot.
The company describes its product as a meeting-management platform covering scheduling, payments, meeting notes, follow-ups and integrations with other software. Its stated aim is to reduce administrative work that can keep people from concentrating on more meaningful tasks.
In January 2021, Calendly announced a $350 million investment from OpenView Venture Partners and Iconiq Capital. The round valued the Atlanta-based company at more than $3 billion and included both investment in the company and transactions involving existing shareholders.
That $3 billion figure belongs to the 2021 funding round. It is neither revenue nor a statement of current market value. Calendly remains privately held, and its valuation could differ in a future financing round or sale.
